The HL100 comes with a one-year warranty. More information on your warranty can be found in the manual.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship anywhere in Canada and the USA. Our average shipping time is 3 to 5 days. Our shipments will come to you from either Canada or the USA to match the country of your shipping address, so there will not be any customs charges.

We have a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unopened in its original packaging, all applicable tags and seals intact, and not used. For Hotspot products, this means the Hotspot is not onboarded or attached to a wallet.
  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You have a valid return authorization from our customer service team

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer email support for issues directly related to the HL100 Hotspot Miner. To help with issues relating to the Helium Wallet or using crypto exchanges, we can offer pointers to other resources but cannot guarantee support for the services and products of other companies.

Mining Volume

The amount an HL100 will mine depends a lot on the number of other Helium hotspots in your area and how well your hotspot is positioned to receive and transmit. Our users see dozens to hundreds of Helium IOT tokens mined per day.

You can find the exchange rate for tokens on sites like https://coinmarketcap.com/ 

Earning Rewards

As part of the onboarding process, your HL100 will be connected to your wallet in the Helium Wallet app. You’ll be able to claim your mining rewards there as well.

From your Helium Wallet app you’ll be able to transfer the tokens to a decentralized exchange and explore the world of Solana DeFi or a centralized exchange (like Coinbase or Crypto.com)  and use that to convert the tokens into dollars.

Hi, It seem to work but I am alone in my sector. The closer than me is 35 km. So it will be long before good reward.

Overall purchase was super easy. The installation steps as well. I’m still very new to HNT and I didn’t know exactly what I’m embarking in. I’m not even sure how your product compares to other competitors, but I would have liked to find tools to help me figure the best spot to set up the device based on how many signals it can capture. Also, it would be nice to know if a better antenna or position can help improve signals. For now, all I can is set it up, run it a few days, then make a slight adjustment (antenna or position) and see if the signals changes. Overall happy, and I know you don’t control the income generated from the device
