The HL100 comes with a one-year warranty. More information on your warranty can be found in the manual.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship anywhere in Canada and the USA. Our average shipping time is 3 to 5 days.

Customer Support
We offer email support for issues directly related to the HL100 Hotspot. To help with issues relating to the Helium Wallet or using crypto exchanges, we can offer pointers to other resources but cannot guarantee support for the services and products of other companies.
Network Coverage
The HL100 helps build Helium IoT coverage by receiving and transmitting long-range LoRaWAN radio signals. Placement, nearby hotspots, and local IoT activity all affect how much useful coverage your hotspot can provide.
Earning Rewards
As part of the onboarding process, your HL100 will be connected to your wallet in the Helium Wallet app. You'll be able to manage your hotspot and claim any network participation rewards there as well.

Network expansion should be light. The Smart Harvest Helium hotspot doesn't need to host a copy of the blockchain, so there's no downtime due to syncing.
